📋 Description

• Provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account to support strategic business objectives • Manage healthcare administrative and clinical construction projects from initiation through completion • Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for real estate projects • Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process • Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements • Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation • Direct project delivery teams and provide guidance to achieve goals • Create action plans to meet objectives, budgets, and schedules • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks • Apply principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions • Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines • Lead by example consistent with CBRE RISE values • Build consensus and convince others to reach agreement • Impact customer, operational, project, and service activities across related teams • Explain difficult or sensitive information • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred • Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset • Sophisticated math skills • Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations • Up to 20% travel throughout the Eastern US
