📋 Description

• Create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs • Implement best practices and report trends internally and externally • Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for a portfolio of projects • Review engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic • Create, manage and oversee schedules using critical path method • Work with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity • Produce one-, three- and six-month look-ahead reports from P6 • Produce logic-driven conceptual schedules from project initiation through closeout • Identify major project phases, dependencies and schedule risks • Create end-to-end master schedules using rolling wave planning at L2–3 detail • Create detailed construction schedules incorporating subcontractor commitments at L4–5 detail • Update schedules in line with the program calendar and standard planning principles • Resource-load schedules and produce management overviews of over- and underutilization • Identify and trend movement to key float paths • Track quantities using S-curves • Collaborate regularly with contractors and subcontractors • Prepare and update monthly progress reports • Monitor and communicate issues that could delay the schedule • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or a field related to construction • Minimum 5–7 years of applicable experience • Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred • Prior experience building a complex master schedule • Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and construction contracting • Ability to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics • Excellent communication skills • Experience supporting construction and capital projects in data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, or energy and natural resources is preferred • Exposure to complex projects, stakeholder management and multidisciplinary teams is preferred • Experience with Primavera P6 and Tableau • Knowledge of critical path method, schedule logic, resource loading, S-curves and rolling wave planning
