📋 Description

• Provide consulting services for a multi-use facility healthcare client account • Manage multiple real estate projects from initiation through completion • Oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Prepare project scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process • Conduct complex requests for proposals and complete bid evaluations • Recommend project resources to clients • Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines • Keep project functions on schedule and resolve or escalate issues • Facilitate regular status meetings for active and pending projects • Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion • Develop new and better methods for achieving individual and department objectives • Coach others and develop functional expertise • Lead by example in alignment with CBRE RISE values • Persuade senior stakeholders and those with divergent interests to adopt different viewpoints • Impact customer, operational, project, and service objectives across multidisciplinary teams • Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans • Communicate difficult and complex ideas and influence others

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • Healthcare client and/or pharmacy fulfilment/packing client experience is beneficial • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience with MS Project or similar project management software • Smartsheet experience is beneficial • Innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions • Expert organizational skills • Advanced inquisitive mindset
