📋 Description

• Manage multiple real estate projects from initiation through completion • Oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for tenant improvements, decommissions, and capital improvement construction projects • Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process • Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients • Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines • Ensure functions remain on schedule and resolve or escalate issues • Facilitate regular project status meetings • Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion • Develop new and better methods for individual and department objectives • Coach others and develop functional expertise • Lead by example in accordance with CBRE RISE values • Persuade senior stakeholders and those with divergent interests to adopt different viewpoints • Impact customer, operational, project, and service objectives across multidisciplinary teams • Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans • Communicate difficult and complex ideas and influence others

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • Healthcare client and/or pharmacy fulfilment/packing client experience is beneficial • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience with MS Project or similar project management software • Smartsheet experience is beneficial • Innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions with broad business impact • Expert organizational skills • Advanced inquisitive mindset
