📋 Description

• Provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve strategic business objectives • Oversee management and construction of regional projects, ensuring timelines, specifications, quality, and costs meet approved parameters • Ensure direct, indirect, outsourced service providers, and vendors provide consistent, high-quality services • Ensure team compliance with corporate and local standards and procedures for design approval, construction, safety, fire, premises occupation, and permits • Collaborate with Client AD&E and Program Leads on programmatic deliverables and budgets for review and approval • Collaborate with CBRE and Client leadership on implementation strategy and branch construction completion • Apply Client Design Guidelines to project implementation • Act as the first point of escalation for project-related issues and opportunities • Work with governance and control organization to ensure governing standards are met • Coordinate with regional client Construction Leads regarding client and landlord responsibilities • Identify and escalate gaps in scope of work • Manage performance of external consultants and vendors • Ensure Project Managers maintain direct communications with CBRE and Client vendors • Lead vendor training based on programmatic variations and updated guidelines/client direction • Document continuous improvement in program innovation, cost, process, and time savings • Develop client requirements and establish clear, verifiable expectations • Ensure consistent delivery and design standards across regions • Implement time-saving and process-refining tasks • Ensure adherence to the client Playbook, Design Guidelines, written policies, and Health and Safety policies • Ensure required documentation is timely recorded via PM Web, MS Teams, or other tools • Assist with scoping and evaluation of prospective work during due diligence exercises • Schedule and lead project meetings, including agendas and minutes • Create and distribute project status and progress reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset • Sophisticated math skills • Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations
