📋 Description

• Support the expanding New Energy & Natural Resources segment • Work on iconic commissions for key clients • Own performance and quality while delivering reliable, client-focused outputs • Plan and execute work effectively, identifying value-adding opportunities and escalating when needed • Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and contractor teams • Administer and manage contracts • Monitor costs, forecast, report, manage change, and control variances and cashflow • Deliver KPIs, programme performance, cost control, and value engineering • Provide commercial leadership and improve forecast accuracy • Offer clear commercial advice and ensure timely agreement of final accounts • Capture lessons learned and support knowledge management • Recommend improvements to internal systems and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or HNC level qualification • NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience • Cost / commercial management experience on Energy or Infrastructure projects • Experience in energy sectors including nuclear, renewables, transmission & distribution, oil & gas, or low carbon • Experience in infrastructure sectors including water, utilities, rail, roads, or aviation • Experience of working on major programmes or project portfolios • Professional Chartership (preferable) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Contract administration and management experience • Ability to perform cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, change management, variance control, and cashflow management • Ability to deliver KPI, programme performance, cost control, and value engineering outcomes • Ability to provide commercial advice and agree final accounts
