📋 Description

• Take ownership of performance and quality, applying analytical and problem-solving skills • Plan and execute work effectively, identifying opportunities to add value and escalating for support when needed • Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and contractor teams • Administer and manage contracts, including cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, change management, variance control, and cashflow • Deliver KPIs, programme performance, cost control, and value engineering • Provide commercial leadership and advice • Improve forecast accuracy and ensure timely agreement of final accounts • Capture lessons learned and support knowledge management • Recommend improvements to internal systems and processes • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or HNC level qualification • NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience • Cost / commercial management experience on Energy (nuclear, renewables, transmission & distribution, oil & gas, low carbon) or Infrastructure (water / utilities / rail / roads/ aviation) projects • Experience of working on major programmes or project portfolios • Professional Chartership (preferable)
