• Track and develop voter protection efforts across multiple states, including early voting, mail-in-ballot utilization, day-of election protection, and certification/cure efforts • Work with the field team to develop and oversee ballot chase and cure efforts • Build and maintain reporting regarding legal and legislative efforts in priority states affecting election access and administration • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director and National Organizing Director • Support the national program by tracking and leading voter protection activity across multiple states • Ensure broader program alignment on ballot access, voter turnout, and certification and cure activities • Report to the Executive Director
• At least two cycles of experience in a voter protection role, or experience working in election law • Experience producing briefing materials • Experience tracking legal and legislative activity • Proven experience developing voter protection plans utilizing field and paid communications strategies to turn out and protect the vote • Ability to manage several tasks and projects concurrently and prioritize work effectively • Experience working across campaign departments • Must be available during 10:00am–6:00pm ET hours, with night and weekend availability as the cycle demands
