📋 Description

• Own the strategy and roadmap for claims data across all sources • Understand data-source usage terms and constraints and build value within them • Manage external data partnerships and improve data received from partners • Own reliable, flexible claims-data ingestion across formats • Improve data quality and mapping • Make claims data reusable for other product teams • Bring claims data into AI and analytics experiences • Shape the in-platform experience for customers sharing claims • Enable Strategy & Operations and Solutions Engineering to access claims data for client projects and analyses • Build and maintain reusable claims dimensions and benchmarking tables

🎯 Requirements

• Prior product management experience (3-5 years), ideally with real ownership over a data-centric roadmap • Direct experience with healthcare claims data and pricing mechanics, including how claims are adjudicated and paid against contracted rates • Exposure to price transparency data is a strong plus • Working knowledge of how payers, providers, life sciences, employers/brokers, digital health and care navigation use data to make decisions • Comfort treating internal teams as customers and balancing self-directed roadmap work with other teams’ timelines • Data fluency to reason about data models, tradeoffs, and definitions • Collaborative, low-ego approach • Current authorization to work in the United States • Turquoise does not sponsor employment visas
