📋 Description

• Provide high-quality AP Computer Science tutoring in a virtual, one-on-one setting • Personalize instruction using assessments and student progress data • Build supportive relationships that motivate students and foster confidence in problem-solving • Teach programming fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, computational thinking, and AP Computer Science course content • Support exam preparation, coding projects, and real-world application problems • Collaborate with educators, coaches, and families to align tutoring with course requirements • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and cultural responsiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science required • Certified teacher of Computer Science • Strong working knowledge of the AP Computer Science curriculum, including Java/programming fundamentals or AP CS Principles concepts, depending on course • Prior experience tutoring or teaching AP-level students preferred • Reliable technology and internet for virtual instruction • Patience, empathy, and commitment to equity and culturally responsive practices
