• Partner with Go-to-Market and Marketing organizations to design, implement, and manage compensation programs • Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and HR Business Partners on benchmarking, market trends, job architecture, and equity compensation • Help facilitate annual compensation review, promotion, pay equity, market calibration, and survey participation cycles • Design and deliver scalable compensation structures and methodologies for global expansion • Create training materials on compensation fundamentals for leaders and managers • Create compensation models and dashboards, analyze data, articulate insights, and recommend solutions • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to address changing business needs • Manage relationships with leaders, stakeholders, and internal and external partners • Own compensation products from start to finish with the customer in mind • Develop compliant policies and processes that support innovation and growth while minimizing risk • Document compensation decisions, methodologies, processes, and policies in the compensation repository • Advise HR Business Partners and senior business leaders and create automated solutions to scale • Report to the Sr. Director, Compensation and partner with the broader People team and external cross-functional partners • Travel approximately 10% and occasionally participate in project or team in-person meetings
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably supporting technical organizations or other relevant experience • Experience with equity compensation structures at a publicly traded company • Excellent project management skills • Experience with compensation program design, delivery, and change management • Strong compensation analytics background, including modeling and dashboards • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets • Strong experience with Human Resources Information Systems, preferably Workday • Experience with market pricing, survey participation, and accessing provider survey data • Understanding of sales compensation plans and structures, including pay mix and on-target earnings (OTE) • Extensive knowledge of HR products and services • Awareness of HR strategy around talent identification, attraction, engagement, and retention • Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with ambiguity or lack of a playbook • Preferred: prior experience in sales compensation design and/or administration • Preferred: prior experience with PAVE, Compa, or other compensation tools
