📋 Description
• Manage personalized support functions within Twilio’s Customer Support organization • Contribute to Twilio’s mission of delivering communications solutions and personalized customer experiences • Participate in project or team in-person meetings when occasional travel is required • Attend ad-hoc team gatherings, functional off-sites, or customer meetings as requested

• Must be located in an eligible U.S. location; not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC • Skills, experience, and geographic location may determine starting salary • May be required to travel occasionally for project or team in-person meetings
