📋 Description

• Assist leadership in exploring and developing AI tools to modernize Deal Desk workflows • Facilitate automation of internal tooling through functional testing, bug remediation, and system-result supervision • Troubleshoot bugs, maintain documentation, and execute roadmap elements for deal model support • Assist with Renewals Reporting management and gather pricing and discounting insights • Support operationalization of the Global Discount Catalog strategy program • Partner with Product and Finance to improve cost data and manage day-to-day cost data hygiene • Incorporate specialized deal modeling, including resell financial models, into Deal Desk workflows • Maintain dashboards tracking deal velocity, bottleneck stages, and discount trends by sales segment • Create and update enablement resources and Deal Playbooks for Global Sales Teams • Partner with SFDC and CPQ teams to track enhancements and system updates and integrate configurations and new products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance, or analytical GTM/Deal Desk roles • If no degree, a minimum of 5 years of relevant analytical experience • Demonstrated analytical and financial skills • Firm understanding of core financial concepts and ability to explain financial tradeoffs clearly • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills • Experience building intermediate financial models, logic formulas, and scenario analyses • Knowledge and/or experience using Salesforce, Tableau, CLM, and JIRA • Experience supporting sales and deal desk operations • Ability to work remotely in the United States, excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, and WA for hiring
