📋 Description

• Serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert within the Enterprise Security team • Define technical strategy and engineering execution for securing Twilio’s enterprise AI ecosystem • Design and implement secure reference architectures for Enterprise AI platforms • Establish a framework for AI vetting and drive cultural and policy shifts across the organization • Develop the long-term roadmap for agentic AI identity and posture management • Maintain and improve enterprise security posture through high-quality code and infrastructure management via IaC • Mentor junior engineers and advise leadership on the evolving AI landscape • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on strategic enterprise security initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in security engineering or infrastructure security • 2+ years of experience leading teams in a technical capacity/staff engineering capacity at an enterprise • Expertise in cloud security (AWS, GCP) and container security (Kubernetes) • Proven track record of designing and deploying complex security systems at scale • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java • Ability to travel occasionally for project or team in-person meetings
