📋 Description

• Build data pipelines for data integration and transformation using Python, DBT, Workato, Rivery, and Snowflake • Build scalable and efficient systems handling large datasets and complex processing • Ensure data quality, consistency, and security throughout data integration • Ensure high performance and reliability through scalable architecture and best practices • Integrate with third-party systems • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data pipelines and integration • Develop and implement data validation and monitoring strategies • Collaborate with the onshore team to understand data requirements and provide technical guidance • Participate in scheduled operations, audits, and onshore team support • Work with internal teams to deliver sustainable data integrations • Create and maintain integration specifications, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and other technical documentation • Contribute to continuous improvement of data integration processes and methodologies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • 7+ years of experience working as a senior data engineer • Proficiency in Python, developing high-scale solutions and platforms • Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data pipelines, ETL tools, and microservices architecture • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Healthcare informatics experience and understanding of health plan operations preferred • Familiarity with healthcare claims billing and data interoperability standards such as EDI X12, HL7v2/3, and FHIR is a plus • Experience supporting consumer-facing products with backend data systems • UI experience • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
