📋 Description

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18+ • Practice modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI • Maintain a caseload of 7–20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week • Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approaches based on client progress • Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed • Refer clients when appropriate • Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations • Conduct ongoing therapy appointments and assessments for new clients

🎯 Requirements

• Must be licensed in Utah as an LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) • Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states; licensing costs covered by the employer • Available for 8–24 hours per week • 2+ years of clinical experience with adults aged 18+ • At least 6 months of teletherapy experience • Proficient with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9 • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems • Available for 7–10 session hours between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday • Available during regular business hours for at least 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support • Complete, sign, and lock documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact
