📋 Description

• Develop compelling case themes • Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials • Work as part of a team across experience levels • Communicate routinely with clients • Cultivate relationships with existing and future clients • Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys • Defend significant, high-value insurance litigation cases • Advise clients through complex risk and develop winning strategies • Apply Nuclear Verdicts® defense methodologies and the APEX methodology • Report to the Regional Managing Partner • Pursue a rapid pathway toward partnership and contribute to the firm’s future leadership

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an ABA approved school • Active Colorado Bar license required • Insurance defense experience • 8+ years of solid litigation experience, specifically with litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation • Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial • Strong trial experience and demonstrated leadership highly valued • Experience with time management systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision • Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills • Professional appearance and demeanor
