📋 Description
• Collect payments on assigned delinquent checking accounts • Review account documentation • Contact customers and clients by telephone • Create written correspondence per customer request • Arrange repayment schedules to minimize organizational loss
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Two to three years of experience in collections call center • Good knowledge of loan collection policies and procedures, fair debt collection practices, and related laws • Strong customer service/relations skills • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and organize and interpret information • Good verbal and written communication skills • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
