📋 Description

• Advise new and continuing students on financial payment options for funding their education • Assist students with application processes, document collection, disbursements, and awards • Educate students on institutional and academic policies and guide them through graduation • Maintain working knowledge of Federal, State, and Institutional Policies governing Title IV student aid programs • Communicate with students by phone, email, and other channels to answer educational funding inquiries • Review student accounts for accuracy, invoicing, and scheduled future payments • Contact students regarding past-due balances and monitor payment plans • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve student inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required • 1 year of relevant work experience required • Excellent customer service skills • Attention to detail and strong mathematical skills • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Strong interpersonal skills • Knowledge of Federal, State, and Institutional Policies governing Title IV student aid programs
