📋 Description

• Draft annual, quarterly, and other financial statements for clients • Support internal and external review of financial reporting documents • Prepare and provide required documentation to clients • Assist with Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) filings in accordance with regulatory deadlines • Manage communications with fund accounting teams and external auditors regarding financial reporting issues • Schedule and facilitate kick-off meetings for client deliverables • Prepare mutual fund Board-related materials • Support designated sections of annual prospectus updates • Communicate with internal teams and client teams to resolve open issues and questions • Coordinate with internal technology and vendor support to resolve production and system-support issues • Participate in IMS and corporate professional development sessions • Identify processes and potential future solutions across the division and organization

🎯 Requirements

• BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the mutual fund or alternative investment funds industry • Experience with financial statement preparation preferred • Strong accounting and financial reporting skills preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word • Ability to handle multiple client deliverables without sacrificing excellence or quality • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer service skills • Ability to broaden knowledge of the financial services industry and learn new concepts and systems • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs • Ability to work in a team environment • Curiosity, critical thinking, and attention to detail • Alignment with SEI values of courage, integrity, collaboration, inclusion, connection, and fun
