📋 Description

• Serve as the primary resource managing the coordination of specialty pharmacies within HUB operations • Conduct teleconferences with each specialty pharmacy • Provide ongoing communication with specialty pharmacy partners to manage each patient case • Identify complex cases and triage them appropriately for further support • Review exceptions and restatement of specialty pharmacy partner records • Provide support for questions related to the sales portal • Serve as a point of escalation for prior authorization denials and/or appeals • Assist with the specialty pharmacy partner scorecard as needed • Coordinate product, pump, and supply delivery dates to coincide with the patient's first day of titration or healthcare provider/patient need • Obtain follow-up information on behalf of the specialty pharmacy partner • Notify the client immediately if a specialty pharmacy is unresponsive or refuses to support delivery • Review, analyze, identify, and resolve problematic issues and escalations • Reconcile specialty pharmacy dispensing/shipping information and support activities facilitating patient access • Build and develop specialty pharmacy, HUB, and applicable sales force relationships • Detect and investigate potential gaps in care using specialty pharmacy processes, dispensing patterns, and reimbursement knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4years of experience or 6-8 years relevant working experience • 2 years experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a call center environment • Previous experience in the PBM and/or healthcare industry preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel • Ability to handle a fast paced environment
