📋 Description

• Serve as the primary resource managing the coordination of specialty pharmacies within HUB operations • Manage specialty pharmacy partners by conducting teleconferences with each specialty pharmacy • Provide ongoing communication with specialty pharmacy partners to manage each patient case • Identify complex cases and triage them appropriately to the next level for support • Review exceptions and restatement of specialty pharmacy partner records • Provide support for questions related to the sales portal • Serve as a point of escalation concerning prior authorization denials and/or appeals • Assist as needed with the specialty pharmacy partner scorecard • Coordinate service delivery with nursing case management • Coordinate product, pump, and supplies delivery dates to coincide with the patient's first day of titration or based on healthcare provider/patient need • Notify the client immediately if a specialty pharmacy is unresponsive or refuses • Obtain information for follow-up on behalf of the specialty pharmacy partner • Review, analyze, identify, and solve problematic issues and escalations • Provide timely and accurate reconciliation of specialty pharmacy dispensing/shipping information • Build and develop strong specialty pharmacy, HUB, and applicable Sales Force relationships • Detect and investigate potential gaps in care using knowledge of specialty pharmacy processes, dispensing patterns, and reimbursement issues

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of experience or 6-8 years relevant working experience • 2 years experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a call center environment • Previous experience in the PBM and/or healthcare industry preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel • Ability to handle a fast paced environment
