📋 Description

• Provide telephonic professional nursing services using motivational interviewing techniques for pharmaceutical client-funded contracts • Support patients through inbound and outbound calls in nursing support programs • Conduct risk assessments, home injection training, disease-state education, and product education • Follow standard call cadence and make additional calls as directed • Answer patient, consumer, and healthcare professional questions and provide client-approved resources • Refer callers to training, support groups, approved program materials, literature, or healthcare providers as appropriate • Collect and enter accurate, timely, clear, and complete call and task data • Participate in program-specific customer meetings, training sessions, and orientation meetings • Demonstrate clinical competency through electronic or written tests • Perform special projects and other duties related to contract performance • Work under moderate supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Associate’s Degree in Nursing or diploma equivalent • Registered or Practical Nurse License (RN or LPN) in good standing in the state in which you work and/or cross-licensed in other states • Must have or be willing to obtain a compact nursing license • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon request • 2–5 years’ experience • Basic database and office navigation skills • Ability to maintain customer interaction and service skills by phone • Ability to multitask PC- and phone-related tasks while adhering to approved scripted materials • Ability to interpret patient information and determine appropriate next steps • Telephonic nursing experience, ideally supporting a pharmaceutical product • Experience with motivational interviewing techniques • Ability to work effectively and foster teamwork
