• Responsible for overseeing strategic direction of financial clearance operations • Ensures integration with enterprise revenue cycle objectives • Provides leadership to optimize workflows and drive performance outcomes • Collaborates with cross-functional partners to improve patient experience • Analyzes key performance indicators and denial data • Leads implementation of process improvements and technology enhancements • Guides departmental budgeting, staffing, and resource planning • Ensures staff training and readiness for changes in payer guidelines
