📋 Description

• Develop and oversee execution of a strategic plan for design automation projects • Mentor, coach, and lead engineering, design, and technology professionals • Lead creation, implementation, training, and maintenance of modular automation tools • Develop partnerships and alignment with leadership at all levels • Manage organizational change and adoption • Establish software best practices, standards, and adoption across offices • Coordinate with the Project Management Center of Excellence and Engineering Center of Excellence • Establish user feedback workflows to improve project delivery software and standards • Align Technology and Digital Design goals with workload and professional priorities • Create and deliver corporate communications and stakeholder presentations • Report challenges involving alignment, adoption, and value realization • Develop, maintain, and manage budgets • Manage and negotiate contracts with stakeholders, legal, and procurement • Assess risks and develop mitigation plans • Drive alignment between technology, strategy, and operating business • Identify internal and external resources to support projects • Track, measure, and report adoption, efficiency gains, and ROI • Develop and maintain a positive team culture • Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure agile completion of project milestones with the Project Manager • Foster innovation and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Design, Business Management or other related field; consideration will be given to relevant experience • 8+ years of experience in design-related fields • Prior management experience preferred • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects while meeting aggressive deadlines • Ability to manage multiple teams • Extensive project planning and execution skills • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Knowledge and proficiency in major software and supporting software used for the role • Experience with Revit and supporting software • Openness to innovation and ability to apply evolving technology and AI tools • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
