📋 Description

• Design and develop modern learning experiences including eLearning, classroom programs, videos, webinars, and blended solutions • Create leader guides, participant materials, assessments, storyboards, curriculum scripts, and project outlines • Partner with subject matter experts to keep content current, relevant, and aligned with business needs • Document content design methods to ensure quality and consistency in training methods • Provide guidance and instruction to trainers on program design • Maintain and improve the eLearning, video, and other learning-materials library • Analyze training programs for effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities • Launch and scale enterprise-wide learning experiences • Shape Ulteig’s learning content library and support workforce capability and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or business field, or equivalent education/experience • Knowledge of instructional design principles • Ability with ADDIE, Kirkpatrick’s level of evaluation, Bloom’s taxonomy, and adult learning theory • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Analytical ability to evaluate training needs and programs • Writing and communication skills for creating content and disseminating program information and updates • Creative thinking skills for innovative learning strategies • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within budget • Proficiency using MS Office tools, including SharePoint and Copilot • Exposure to instructional design/development software such as Articulate 360, PowToon, Clipchamp, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia • LMS experience with an understanding of SCORM compliance standards • Ability to work in the United States
