📋 Description

• Analyze and map complex operational workflows across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Onboarding to identify AI use cases • Gather and document detailed business requirements from end-users to guide technical development • Measure and report on the ROI and performance metrics of deployed AI solutions • Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding data lineage, compliance, and auditing standards • Track KPIs tied to time-savings, process automation rates, and operational efficiency gains

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience across business analysis, process improvement, or fund operations • Demonstrated ability to map workflows and translate operational needs into technical requirements • Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics; strong conceptual understanding required • Ability to work effectively with technical teams to ensure business requirements are met • Deep conceptual understanding of financial services or fund administration workflows • Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills • Operator mindset with a focus on execution and process outcomes
