📋 Description

• Integrate generative AI APIs and large language models (LLMs) into internal operational dashboards • Develop custom, intuitive user interfaces for operations teams in Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency to interact with AI • Write, refine, and test prompts to ensure AI outputs are accurate and safe for financial workflows • Rapidly prototype new AI tools in collaboration with the AI Project Manager • Establish KPIs tied to user engagement, interface response times, and prompt accuracy • Partner with operations and engineering to build custom user interfaces and support the AI tool integration and interface lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack or front-end software development • Demonstrated ability to build intuitive user interfaces and integrate external APIs • Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs and advanced prompt engineering • Ability to work effectively with operations teams to understand end-user needs • Experience in financial services or fund administration preferred but not required • Strong UX/UI sensibilities and a focus on human-in-the-loop design • Operator mindset with a focus on execution and user-centric outcomes
