📋 Description

• Design, develop, update, and deliver training materials and programs, including presentations, job aids, quick reference guides, e-learning modules, and video content • Lead and coordinate the Account Services and Control Accounting training program • Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics; provide reporting and recommendations to leadership • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to identify training needs for new hires, process updates, system implementations, and organizational changes • Develop and manage the training calendar • Create and execute customized onboarding training plans for new associates • Maintain records of associate training progress, certifications, and completion • Develop and maintain training documentation, internal guidelines, and standard operating procedures • Keep training content current with Account Services and Control Accounting processes, systems, and industry trends • Mentor associates through instruction, coaching, real-time on-the-job experiences, and advising • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve training materials and programs and support training logistics • Address training-related inquiries, resolve issues, and support reporting needs • Perform other duties as required and assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in communication, accounting, or a similar field • 5–10+ years of experience in Mutual Funds processing with training experience or a similar background • Equivalent education, experience, and KSA’s will be considered • Knowledge of online learning resources • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat • Advanced technical skills and ability to provide effective virtual training sessions, including e-learning and training videos • Excellent client service skills • Ability to plan and delegate work • Ability to motivate and inspire others • Ability to assess performance and take corrective action • Ability to develop systems and procedures to improve operating quality and efficiency • Troubleshooting, creative thinking, and critical thinking skills • Multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills • Strategic, meticulous, and initiative-taking approach with commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness • Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly and concisely, both written and orally • Active listening and effective relationship-building skills • Ability to adapt priorities and deadlines to changing conditions and obstacles
