📋 Description

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls; transfer and direct calls; provide exceptional customer service via telephone • Complete front office patient coordination in a timely manner, including appointment scheduling and transport coordination • Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with patients, clients, Team Members, peers, and Leadership • Accurately input data into Carenet and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) databases • Answer inquiries from patients, customers, and third-party vendors; provide clinic directions and hours of operation • Contact health plans and verify patient insurance information • Support patients and make a difference in their lives

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required • Healthcare experience and experience with scheduling appointments and EMR and EHR databases (medical assistant, medical front office) • Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding), including working in an Electronic Medical Record or Electronic Health Records • Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent demonstration of caring, empathy, and compassion • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Able to provide 2 monitors with 22 inch monitor at least
