📋 Description

• Leads budgeting and forecasting processes • Supports the strategy process • Manages performance against budget • Ensures effective financial controls are in operation across businesses • Ensures compliance with professional standards and statutory financial requirements • Undertakes tax planning activities and ensures Group tax reporting duties are discharged • Ensures adequate long-term funding to meet Strategic Plan requirements and supports M&A • Records project or job-related costs • Collects costs, invoices, time cards, and other direct project charges • Ensures costs are recorded in the correct charge account • Creates data tracking, reporting, and analyzing project financial performance • Manages professionals in a defined area of Ultra • Develops team plans for optimum use of time and resources • Ensures team performance aligns with and contributes to area plans

🎯 Requirements

• Typically, a Bachelor Degree in Accounting (or equivalent) • 7+ years of related experience • Certain roles may require candidates to meet U.S. nationality requirements and be eligible to obtain a security clearance
