📋 Description

• Support prospective students through initial inquiry, application, and admission • Use a consultative sales approach to understand prospective students’ needs and educational goals • Recommend the University when appropriate and make compelling personalized recommendations • Facilitate enrollment through frequent phone contacts • Connect prospective students with Academic Advisors, One-Stop Specialists, and other campus personnel • Overcome prospective student objections when appropriate • Convert prospective students from inquiry through registration/matriculation into University students • Serve as the primary point of contact and guide prospective students through enrollment • Communicate the University’s value proposition and program requirements • Advise prospective students on suitable programs based on their goals and experience • Create and maintain accurate prospective-student rosters in the CRM • Provide feedback to the Enrollment team about student issues, questions, and barriers • Collaborate with the recruiting and enrollment team • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 1 to 3 years of experience related to admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales • Exceptional interpersonal skills for working effectively with diverse constituencies • Experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM and/or other student databases • Ability to work autonomously with a high level of initiative to achieve enrollment results • Good time management and prioritization skills • Comfort with enrollment targets and performance metrics • Ability to work effectively as a team member • Flexibility in a dynamic, growing, and evolving organization • Good written and verbal communication • Working knowledge of consultative sales • Student-focused, personalized, responsive service • Coachable and able to accept and implement feedback • High integrity and ability to articulate a point of view clearly • Self-disciplined, focused, and solution-oriented • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively • Optimistic, positive, and resilient • Personal computer proficiency and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Availability during the Enrollment Coaching Center schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–6:30 PM Pacific time and Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Pacific time • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend and/or evening work • Subject to a background check and criminal history review
