• Respond to a high volume of appointment requests via telephone calls, emails, and other electronic messages • Schedule appropriate medical exams, procedures, and tests • Collect patient demographics when required • Register patient insurance when required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred • Entry level computer and data entry skills, using department-specific programs • Demonstrated customer service experience in a customer-facing environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to demonstrate empathy, professionalism, patience, and active listening • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to learn new systems, workflows, and processes • Experience in healthcare, hospitality, retail, banking, customer support, or other service-oriented industries preferred • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment preferred • Must reside in Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, or Texas
