📋 Description

• Teach Building Sustainable Futures (BMGT 240) remotely for the Business program • Explore how businesses achieve long-term sustainability through responsible practices integrated into core operations • Examine environmental and societal impacts of business activities • Conduct sustainability audits • Develop circular economy strategies • Improve operational efficiency while balancing profitability, ethical decision-making, stakeholder expectations, and climate resilience • Engage students through frequent interaction that motivates learning • Guide active collaboration and application of learning through problem- and project-based demonstrations • Provide regular constructive feedback and assess student work using rubrics • Demonstrate current subject-matter expertise and connect concepts across the academic program • Provide feedback to the program chair on possible curricular improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business or related field from an accredited institution of higher learning • Professional experience in Sustainability, Business Strategy, or related fields • Directly relevant, current and active industry professional experience in Business or closely related field • Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred • Candidates with international degrees may be required to submit translation/degree evaluation from a NACES member • Resume / Curriculum Vitae • Cover letter highly preferred
