📋 Description

• Provides asset management support for specific organizational areas and/or designated IT equipment and software • Responds to user requests about asset-related issues, including functional issues, device status, and replacing lost equipment • Works with desktop support/support teams to resolve minor asset-related problems • Maintains asset management compliance documentation for security, data protection, and auditing requirements • Tracks and manages software licenses to ensure compliance with licensing agreements • Gathers and compiles asset usage, cost, performance, and compliance data and prepares and distributes reports • Assists with audit/review preparation by gathering and providing relevant asset data • Responds to audits/reviews by correcting discrepancies and addressing noted issues and concerns, escalating as appropriate • Observes and recommends improvements in the asset tracking process • Assists with testing and implementation of updates to the tracking management system • Ensures compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 2–4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience • Applicant should be eligible for any required U.S. Government authorizations for access to export-controlled commodities and technology • Must comply with U.S. export control regulations
