📋 Description

• Lead delivery and support of Linux, Unix, middleware, messaging, DNS, and Tandem infrastructure services • Ensure operational excellence through SLAs, KPIs, incident management, problem management, and change management • Oversee 24x7 support and rapid restoration of critical services during outages • Drive continuous service improvement, risk management, technical debt reduction, and platform lifecycle planning • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary infrastructure team • Establish performance objectives, development plans, and succession planning • Coordinate workload prioritization, staffing, and resource allocation • Lead infrastructure deployments, migrations, upgrades, modernization, and automation initiatives • Partner with application, security, network, cloud, and architecture teams • Oversee platform security, patching, vulnerability remediation, capacity planning, performance, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery readiness • Serve as primary escalation point and communicate service health, risks, project status, and operational metrics • Develop executive-level status reports, service reviews, and operational roadmaps • Support business growth, solution development, infrastructure planning, audits, assessments, and client reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience • 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise Linux and Unix environments • 5+ years of experience managing technical infrastructure teams • Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Oracle Linux, IBM AIX, KVM Virtualization, IBM MQ, BIND DNS, Tandem / HPE NonStop environments, and enterprise middleware platforms • Experience managing large-scale production environments supporting critical business applications • Strong understanding of ITIL-based service management processes • Experience with high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Applicant should be eligible for any required U.S. Government authorizations due to export-control access
