📋 Description
• Provide excellent patient service while handling inbound and outbound phone calls • Schedule dental appointments for General, Orthodontic, Pediatric and Oral Surgery • Answer general patient queries • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner • Inform patients by explaining procedures, answering questions and confirming pricing • Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way • Answer questions related to patient insurance and determine eligibility • Confirm patient appointments via outbound calls • Perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus • Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Support role is preferred • Ability to provide outstanding Customer Service • Strong verbal communication skills along with the ability to actively listen • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Acts professionally and with integrity • Availability Monday-Friday 10am-3pm or 11am-4pm
