📋 Description

• Own the P&L, revenue growth, margin expansion, and overall financial performance of the Hydrochloric Acid product portfolio • Develop and execute portfolio strategies aligned with organizational growth and profitability objectives • Lead strategic supplier partnerships, contract negotiations, sourcing initiatives, pricing strategies, and rebate programs • Identify and capitalize on market trends, new supplier relationships, and business development opportunities • Partner with sales leadership to drive commercial strategy, market penetration, and profitable growth across all lines of business • Influence and align cross-functional teams to achieve portfolio objectives and deliver business results • Analyze financial, market, and competitive data to guide strategic decisions and investment priorities • Serve as the executive subject matter expert for the portfolio and provide recommendations to senior leadership on growth opportunities, market risks, and supplier strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in product management, strategic sourcing, business development, sales leadership, or marketing • Demonstrated ownership of a significant P&L, including responsibility for revenue, pricing, profitability, and portfolio performance • Proven experience leading supplier strategy, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders, suppliers, and customers • Deep understanding of chemical distribution, specialty chemicals, or chemical manufacturing markets • Strong financial acumen with expertise in portfolio management, pricing strategy, margin optimization, and business analytics • Track record of developing and executing growth strategies that deliver measurable business results • Chlor-Alkali commercial experience preferred
