• Provide leadership and oversight for unaccompanied children through Home Study and post-release services • Oversee all program operations and initiatives supporting child safety, well-being, reunification, and community integration • Measure and report key program metrics and contractual deliverables • Manage a high-performing team serving vulnerable unaccompanied children • Oversee strategic planning, multi-state program implementation, staff management, and overall administration • Develop program functions and reporting responsibilities with the leadership team • Conduct ongoing program evaluation and assess recommendations against program objectives, growth, and quality standards • Ensure supervisors establish attainable program goals and objectives • Communicate with ORR officials and required partners regarding service delivery, consultation, and quality assurance reporting • Drive program accountability and monitor ORR compliance, contractual fidelity, applicable laws and regulations, and fiscal/auditory compliance • Coordinate programmatic and financial elements • Create and submit reports covering outcomes, deliverables, financials, and compliance measures • Supervise and support program staff while fostering a trauma-informed, mission-driven culture
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or equivalent (education, psychology, sociology, or behavioral science) • 5+ years experience in child welfare administration or child protective services (CPS) • 2 years of program management or director-level experience • Advanced financial and supervisory project management experience • Experience with local community social services • Experience with home study, post-release services, or both • Experience working with immigrant populations • Experience with family preservation, kinship care, and child welfare • Professional assessment report writing experience • Child welfare and case management experience • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance/suitability determination • Must be currently living and authorized to work in the United States • Willingness to work evenings and weekends in a supervisory/management duty as needed • Typically available Monday–Friday during normal business hours, with schedules shifting as project needs arise
