📋 Description

• Serve as head coach for the Overwatch team • Provide player and team development for Overwatch • Contribute to holistic development of student-athletes • Attend and oversee formal team practices, matches, and reviews • Work with the Esports Coordinator to implement the team's plan and attain goals • Establish effective tactics and strategies with the team • Help establish rosters before the season • Serve as point of contact for opponents and internal stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree at time of application • Demonstrated interest or experience in competitive play for Overwatch • Demonstrated leadership skills • Demonstrated organizational skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and throughout the employment term • Cover letter specifically addressing qualifications for the essential job functions • Resume • Final candidates must provide three references, including at least one manager or supervisor
