📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based ABA therapy services to individuals with autism and related developmental differences • Conduct behavioral assessments • Develop treatment plans • Analyze data-driven outcomes • Supervise and coach behavior technicians or RBTs in delivering ABA services • Work with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams • Deliver services in clinic, home, and school-based settings • Contribute to a compassionate, person-centered care model • Participate in ongoing professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field (education, psychology, human development, etc.) • Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA) • Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and analyze data-driven outcomes • Positive team player and energetic professional • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks • Good judgment and creative thinking skills • Experience supervising and coaching behavior technicians or RBTs in the delivery of ABA services • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams • Proficiency in electronic health records or practice management systems and basic computer applications • Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care and continuous professional development • Experience with autism services or pediatric populations is preferred
