• Review clinical documentation and diagnostic results • Abstract data and assign ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS codes and modifiers • Perform accurate medical coding for billing and reimbursement • Support internal and external reporting, research, and regulatory compliance • Code services for ED, Same Day Surgeries, Ancillary, Oncology, Outpatient Rehab, Outpatient Psychiatric, and Interventional Radiology
🎯 Requirements
• Thorough review of clinical documentation and diagnostic results • Ability to assign ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS codes and modifiers • Knowledge of medical coding for emergency department, Same Day Surgeries, Ancillary, Oncology, Outpatient Rehab, Outpatient Psychiatric, and Interventional Radiology services • Commitment to accurate coding for billing and reimbursement, internal and external reporting, research, and regulatory compliance
