📋 Description

• Review compliance packet submissions and determine acceptance or rejection based on required documentation • Assess center compliance status and document exceptions to brand standards • Ensure center builds meet standards in Corporate and Area Owned locations • Follow up with Franchisee Consultants and Area Franchisees regarding past-due compliance packages • Develop and update documents supporting The UPS Store standards and specifications • Collaborate with internal teams and field representatives to address and escalate compliance concerns • Respond to field inquiries via email and Microsoft Booking sessions • Conduct sessions with field personnel regarding compliance reviews • Review changes to compliance processes, update supporting resources, and communicate changes to stakeholders • Process vendor check requests, franchisee funding releases, Renewal Rebates, vendor invoices, and account reconciliations • Review and process Order Workbooks (OOW) and Digital Order Workbooks (DOW) • Generate reports, review and update data, resolve report-generation issues, and propose operational solutions to management • Assist with Design and Construction, Operations, and other company initiatives as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in compliance review and facilitation • Analytical skills for conducting analysis and identifying compliance issues • Positive, adaptable, agile, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset • Ability to identify customer problems and use internal resources to resolve complex issues • Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders • Attention to detail and ability to work independently • Reliable home office environment and ability to work effectively in a virtual team setting • 5+ years of franchise experience preferred • Bachelor’s Degree or internationally comparable degree preferred • Alternatively, current UPS employee with three years of UPS experience
