📋 Description

• Own the strategy, design, and end-to-end delivery of mid-year and year-end performance cycles • Lead the employee listening strategy and Pulse program • Partner with People Analytics and HRBPs to turn survey data into organizational insight, leader action, and employee follow-through • Drive the employee program for GenAI acceleration through change strategy, communications, learning, experimentation, and measurement • Build and govern an enterprise employee engagement calendar • Improve the timing, sequencing, messaging, and delivery of company-wide employee asks with functional owners • Strengthen employee resource groups through purpose, operating model, standards, annual rhythm, and self-service tools • Identify employee-facing needs lacking a clear strategy or owner and develop scalable approaches • Translate program insights into concise recommendations for People and business leaders • Establish success measures and improve programs using data and feedback • Build documentation, governance, and operating practices for future scale • Operate as an individual contributor while developing strategy with senior leaders and personally building implementation plans, processes, communications, and tools

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across employee experience, internal communications, enterprise program management, People/HR programs, organizational change, or a related field • Track record of owning complex, enterprise-wide programs affecting a broad employee population and requiring senior, cross-functional stakeholder alignment • Exceptional strategic and systems thinking • Ability to identify root needs, develop clear recommendations, and translate them into practical plans • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present a well-supported point of view to senior leaders • Strong influence and relationship-building skills • Ability to challenge partners, negotiate tradeoffs, and make prioritization decisions • Comfort using quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, test assumptions, and recommend action • High standards for execution and willingness to personally perform hands-on work • Sound judgment regarding independent action, context gathering, and escalation • Curiosity, humility, and willingness to change direction based on new information
