📋 Description
• Lead day-to-day communication for assigned health plan clients • Manage requests and deliverables with tight tracking • Coordinate outreach, scheduling, field ops, reporting • Build client reports, dashboards, and status updates • Flag risks early and drive fixes fast • Maintain milestones, notes, and documentation • Support onboarding and launch of new programs
🎯 Requirements
• Healthcare client services or operations experience • Experience working with healthcare clients • Strong Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUP, formulas) • Clear written and verbal communication • Manage multiple programs independently • Work standard U.S. business hours, remote-ready
