📋 Description

• Conduct complex root cause analysis on obscure business problems, synthesize insights, and develop clear and concise recommendations • Develop and deliver executive-focused presentations as needed • Own project deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with internal analytics partners, business stakeholders, and management • Develop trainings, standard operating processes, and tracking capabilities to enable field leaders to execute corporate initiatives • Provide analytical and project support for strategy initiatives, including consistent and ad-hoc requests • Support internal strategy consulting and Design for the Future adjacent business innovation initiatives • Travel occasionally as business requires, approximately 10%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related quantitative field required • 4+ years of successful experience in analytical and project management roles • Proven track record developing strategies to solve complex business problems • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical aptitude • Experience creating or structuring data frameworks and pulling data from disparate systems • Experience gathering, organizing, and reporting information and data with accuracy and attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to build consensus, lead workstreams, and drive project progress • Clear, concise communication skills and ability to interface with all organizational levels • Strong written and oral presentation skills, including comfort presenting to senior management • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access or equivalent analytical software • SQL proficiency is a plus • Availability for approximately 10% occasional business travel
