📋 Description

• Provide administrative and processing assistance to Mortgage Loan Originators • Ensure efficient loan processing in all phases of the loan transaction process • Make copies of borrower information and file documents • Prepare files for submission • Schedule signing appointments • Mail thank-you notes to customers and realtors • Conduct preliminary loan research to help determine mortgage eligibility • Assist with pre-qualifications and pre-approval orders • Pull credit reports and run AUS • Contact borrowers for additional required information • Input data and set up new customer files with application data • Update and mine the marketing database for new loans • Update the Mortgage Loan Originator's database • Assist Mortgage Loan Originators and other team members with clerical ad hoc duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 to 4-year college curriculum preferred • Minimum one year experience and/or training • Encompass experience or equivalent • Basic computer skills • Experience with Microsoft Office software • Familiarity with the mortgage lending industry • Understanding of Conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage products • Clear understanding of current RESPA laws and guidelines • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment • Excellent customer service skills • Strong attention to detail • Team player attitude
