📋 Description

• Identify qualified candidates for healthcare positions and perform full-cycle recruitment • Source anesthesia professionals using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting resources • Screen candidates through CV reviews and phone interviews • Develop and execute marketing and branding initiatives • Collaborate with the Clinical Recruitment Manager and candidates to negotiate contract terms • Facilitate contract amendments and resolve contract-related issues as a liaison between clients and candidates • Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities • Guide candidates through onboarding, paperwork, and credential completion • Monitor anesthesia staffing industry trends, market conditions, and competitors • Analyze market data to identify business development and growth opportunities • Ensure regulatory and company-policy compliance • Maintain accurate candidate records • Assist with constructing and distributing reports for Operations and Clinical Leadership Teams

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred • Previous experience in clinical recruiting, preferably in anesthesia specialty • Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, procedures, and terminology • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases (CRM), and other recruitment tools • Experience with Bullhorn, Doc Café, and social media sourcing is ideal • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism • Must be able to complete the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation • US Anesthesia Partners does not hire candidates residing in California, Hawaii, or Alaska
