📋 Description

• Provide regional administrative, entry-level recruitment, and onboarding support to local Talent Acquisition teams • Support applicant tracking, assessment testing review, applicant prescreening, and sourcing diverse candidate pools • Follow up with candidates regarding candidacy status and interview/selection outcomes • Schedule interviews, health screens, candidate travel logistics, and orientation events • Coordinate with Human Resources Shared Services onboarding for onsite tasks including fingerprinting, I-9 verification, and badge photos • Compile regular and special recruitment and selection reports • Coordinate local and regional recruiting events and maintain the event calendar • Assist colleagues, managers, and Talent Acquisition with Workday TA support, candidate-status questions, and recruitment-process issues • Provide prompt solutions and responsive customer service while building relationships remotely • Process and track billing statements and invoices • Maintain knowledge of positions, required skills, competencies, and organizational culture for recruiting and sourcing • Assist with marketing initiatives including advertisements, direct mail campaigns, and internet postings • Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, Trinity Health policies, and standards of conduct

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field with two (2) years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, administrative, or customer service support role in a high volume work environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Good keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred • Ability to understand organizational relationships and structures • Ability to continuously learn and pursue personal and professional growth in technical areas • Ability to deliver consistent services using defined Talent Acquisition standard work methods • Proven customer-service orientation • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks/projects efficiently and thoroughly • Flexibility in handling and prioritizing multiple tasks/projects • Personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and caring • Ability to set and organize work priorities and adapt to frequent changes • Ability to work concurrently on varied tasks/projects in a potentially stressful environment • Hearing sufficient for extensive telephone and face-to-face communication • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and perform extensive computer work • Ability to occasionally transport objects weighing up to 25 pounds • Ability to comply with Trinity Health policies and procedures
