📋 Description

• Manage full life-cycle sourcing, recruiting, and placement of qualified drivers for TransForce customers • Use internal and external sources to identify candidates and support customer success • Carry out responsibilities supporting company objectives, profitability, and revenue growth • Grow and retain the driver count • Support safety, compliance, onboarding, and driver retention initiatives • Source quality applications and identify local applicant sources • Collaborate with Sales partners and the Market Manager to establish competitive pay rates • Build relationships within local communities and promote the TransForce brand • Prioritize complete applications and sell candidates on Employment Solutions • Generate reports and maintain recruiting and candidate data in company systems • Match candidates to positions and customer requirements • Interview candidates and explain available positions and employment benefits • Collaborate with Driver Hiring Specialists, Market Managers, Operations, customers, candidates, and team members • Maintain daily contact with drivers during processing and afterward to monitor turnover risk • Use market data and escalate concerns to leadership to maintain competitive pay rates • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Work experience may be substituted for education • 2 years of successful recruiting experience desired • Staffing industry experience preferred • Sales or customer service experience strongly preferred • Knowledge of general recruiting fundamentals • General knowledge of applicable employment and transportation regulations • Superior relationship-building skills • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based software
